Our practice is expanding, and we are looking to find the ideal Property Lawyer to join our team where the focus will be working across the areas of property law and commercial law that we practice.

This is an opportunity for a full time lawyer, with at least 4+ years’ experience Post Admission, who is client focused and enjoys a high-performance environment.

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will need to have experience in the following areas of law: Property Law, Wills and Estates and Commercial Law.

Key Responsibilities

The employee’s responsibilities, duties and accountability include, but are not limited to;

  • Provide legal advice prepare and draft legal documents and conduct negotiations on behalf of clients on matters associated with the law:
  • Interview clients to determine the nature of problems and recommend or undertake appropriate legal action
  • Expand and develop the practice by attracting new clients
  • Represent clients at meditations, case conferences, in courts and tribunals;
  • Prepare and critically review contracts
  • Prepare wills powers of attorney and probate applications


Previous experience and understanding of property, wills and estates and commercial law

  • Experience 4 to 5 years post admission;
  • Interest in Property and Commercial Law and wills and estates law with a desire to continue to build upon existing knowledge base and professional development;
  • Being committed to performing tasks at a high level;
  • Efficient and effective time management;
  • Committed to providing a high level of service at all times;
  • LEAP Legal Software experience preferred but not required;
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Work well within a team environment
